THE ROLE AND COMPANY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative II to join our South Texas Stabilized Sand division.

This role will be based in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and securing new client accounts by targeting potential customers.
2. Collaborating with regional sales teams to develop strategies and enhance sales efforts aimed at increasing volume within designated accounts.
3. Cultivating strong relationships with clients.
4. Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
5. Enhancing and maintaining existing customer relationships.
6. Overseeing activities within assigned budgetary constraints.
7. Diligently documenting responsibilities, including weekly call reports, industry equipment counts, market insights, and growth opportunities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry or related construction sectors.
- A proven history of dependability and reliability.
- Capability to lift weights exceeding 30lbs.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
