Job Title: Solutions Sales Representative

Join ADT Commercial as a Solutions Sales Representative and be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of security solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive portfolio of security solutions to end-user customers, up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell ADT Commercial's solutions, including products, labor, and services, to end-user customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed assigned annual and quarterly sales quotas for installation and service businesses.
  • Grow ADT Commercial's recurring monthly revenue (RMR) business by providing solutions to existing and new clients.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or three to five years of professional experience in high-volume sales and a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of five years of industry experience as a successful sales representative.
  • Consistently met or exceeded sales performance for the past three to five years.
  • Professional knowledge of security systems, including fire alarm/life-safety, intrusion alarm, access control, video surveillance, nurse-call, and low-voltage systems.
  • Ability to organically grow business by providing solutions to new and existing client bases.
  • Strong negotiation and prospecting skills, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule and be available for travel, including nights and weekends, to accommodate customers' schedules, trainings, and meetings.
Work Environment:
  • Normal office/field environment, with occasional travel to customers' facilities and construction sites.
  • Ability to work extended hours to support business requirements.
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional standing, walking, sitting, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
