About the Role

The Front Desk Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and concerns efficiently.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Language: English (fluency in Spanish a plus).

Salary: $42,000 - $58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
