Front Office Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED, with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field
- A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; no work experience required
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting management of the front desk team by utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
- Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and meeting customer expectations
- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $28.85 to $36.06 per hour.
