This full-time position involves developing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, and interviewing top talent to match with our clients' needs.

We're seeking someone with a strong work ethic, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree.

They'll also be responsible for researching new technological trends and maintaining applicant status in our ATS system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies

  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications from IT resumes
  • Conduct structured interviews and technical assessments
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status reports
  • Maintain applicant status in ATS and keep applicants informed
