About the Job:
This is a full-time position responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for various technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful recruitment strategies, with a focus on IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates
* Screen applicants for competency aligned with job requirements
* Write job descriptions and post them to relevant media platforms

Requirements:
