We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CaseGuard. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients. With your expertise in desktop computers and information technology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our media redaction software.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Conduct software training sessions for new and existing clients
  • Write detailed articles on common issues and create engaging video tutorials
  • Create tickets and report bugs to the development team
  • Perform quality assurance testing on our software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
  • Manage client relationships and keep them informed about product updates
  • Represent CaseGuard at industry conferences and provide on-site training to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in technical support
  • Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system and software applications
  • Experience with video editing and digital media is a plus
