Job Title: Payroll Administrator

At ABConsulting BK NYC LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for executing all payroll procedures accurately and timely.

About the Job
  • This position involves facilitating weekly payroll processing, managing compensation packages using payroll software, and collecting and verifying employee timekeeping information.
  • The successful candidate will be able to calculate employee pay based on hours worked, incorporating leaves and overtime, and update payroll records by entering pay rate adjustments, employee status changes, etc.
  • This role also requires addressing payroll-related questions and resolving discrepancies, investigating and reconciling payroll discrepancies, and processing pay adjustments.
  • In addition, the Payroll Administrator will be required to handle payroll duties in the absence of the Payroll Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • We are looking for an individual with 1-2 years of administrative and payroll experience, preferably in a healthcare office.
  • Familiarity with general accounting principles and payroll regulations is essential.
  • Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with attention to detail and confidentiality is also required.
  • The ideal candidate should have proficiency in payroll software (e.g., PC Payroll), Microsoft Office 365, and HHA Exchange.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and numerical skills are necessary for this role.
  • The ability to assist and support others effectively is also essential.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
