Job Title: Operations Processor PART-TIME 24-hours

Job Summary:

We're looking for an individual with strong attention to detail and proficiency in computer navigation. As an Operations Processor, you'll perform a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and record-keeping. This is a permanent PART-TIME, 24-hour per week position with a competitive hourly rate of $20.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and repetitive clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions.
  • Sort and file correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical or numerical order.
  • Process paperwork by gathering and verifying data and transferring it into a standard format.
  • Generate correspondence and routine reports.
  • Post to and extract data from records and files. Stamp, sort, and distribute department mail. Photocopy and proofread documents.
  • Verify and process documents, bills, invoices, and vouchers.
  • Order and maintain department supply inventory.
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate resource.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of related work experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong 10-key skills.
  • Strong data entry experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
