Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems
- Conduct inspections and diagnose issues with vehicles and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Work with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices
- 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair
- ASE certifications in automotive or medium/heavy duty trucks (preferred)
- Knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software for OEMs and component manufacturers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
