Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train a team of service staff to ensure prompt, courteous service and compliance with Omni Food and Beverage standards.
  • Service Quality: Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, including table settings, food presentation, and beverage service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the dining outlets, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, including prompt seating, attentive service, and timely resolution of complaints.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies and equipment.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Team Development: Develop and maintain a positive and productive team environment, including training, coaching, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous restaurant management experience required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Servsafe food handlers and Tips certification required.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and quality standards.

Working Environment:

  • Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel.
  • Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
  • Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
  • Exposure to food items and beverages.
