  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage table settings, including linens, glassware, and silverware, to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, beverages, and special offers to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of fine dining service experience preferred.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on holidays and weekends.
  • Dependability and ability to work split shifts and straight shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
