Job Description:
As a Production Line Operator, you will be tasked with overseeing the operation of a paint line. This position emphasizes the management of product hanging for drying and finishing processes, rather than the painting itself.

Additionally, you will have the chance to gain experience across a range of machinery, broadening your expertise and understanding of the manufacturing workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor the paint line.
2. Manage the hanging of products for optimal drying and finishing.
3. Participate in cross-training opportunities on various machines.

Essential Skills:
Hard Skills:
- Proficient operation of paint line machinery.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different machines.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- High adaptability to changing tasks.

Work Environment:
This role is situated in a spacious manufacturing facility that is not climate-controlled.

We are currently looking for candidates for the 2nd shift Paint Floater position. The standard working hours are Monday through Thursday, with potential for extended hours to include Fridays and occasional Saturdays, depending on production needs.
