Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring their professional growth and development while overseeing the daily functions of the Examination and Recruitment Office.
  • Formulate and implement the Annual Examination Strategy, collaborating with program managers to assess and prioritize examination requirements.
  • Supervise the execution of Job Analysis sessions, working closely with subject-matter experts to establish appropriate examination tools and frameworks.

This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office responsibilities, providing flexibility for eligible candidates.
