We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Staff Services Manager I (SSMI) within our esteemed Department of Education. This position is integral to our Human Resources Division, which is committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Our mission is to enhance the Department's operational capabilities by effectively managing our most valuable asset – our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring their professional growth and development while overseeing the daily functions of the Examination and Recruitment Office.
- Formulate and implement the Annual Examination Strategy, collaborating with program managers to assess and prioritize examination requirements.
- Supervise the execution of Job Analysis sessions, working closely with subject-matter experts to establish appropriate examination tools and frameworks.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office responsibilities, providing flexibility for eligible candidates.
