Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding and exceeding club goals, including personal training, small group personal training, supplements, and personal sales. They will also own new member on-boarding and deliver a dynamic, quality fitness experience to all members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Staffing and Development: Hire, train, and develop a strong team of Personal Trainers.
  • Leadership: Maintain a leadership role as the fitness expert for the club team and members.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all members have access to a service-oriented, well-trained, expert fitness team.
  • Administration: Ensure accurate administration of Personal Training, including client profiles, progress tracking, and workout programs.
Requirements
  • Certifications/Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred, CPT certification, and current CPR and AED.
