We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketplace Chargeback and Refund Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer disputes and refunds in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer dispute or chargeback requests by providing verified tracking and proof of delivery.
  • Utilize company policy as marketplace or merchant policy to refund customers within guidelines.
  • Refund items returned based on policy and guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced technology environment and learn new systems quickly.
  • Above-average computer and analytical skills, with good judgment and accuracy.
  • College degree preferred, but industry experience is valued.
