Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Prepare and send out invoices to customers, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Collections and Dispute Resolution: Monitor and manage aging reports, investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving billing issues in a timely manner.
  • Financial Analysis: Validate incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate customer credit, working with the sales team to mitigate risk.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the accounts receivable processes.
  • Backup Support: Serve as backup to the Accountant as needed by performing general accounting duties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes, very detail-oriented and strong organization skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
