About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Andersen Corporation. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding customer relationships.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capture new business.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the window and door industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic business plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
