Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to provide administrative support to our facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, forwarding, and distributing correspondence.
- Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized supply closet.
- Provide general administrative support, including copying, faxing, and filing documents.
- Assist with special projects and duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6-12 months of customer service experience or related experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for more than 1 hour per day.
- Ability to sit for more than 2 hours at a time.
- Ability to handle average-weight objects up to 25 pounds.
