Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled HR Administrator to provide essential support to our HR Manager and contribute to the overall efficiency of our human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the HRIS database.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by performing various administrative duties.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage benefits administration.
  • Track employee attendance and process time-off requests.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Work in conjunction with the payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Prepare reports and address payroll-related inquiries.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Understanding of employment laws is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
