Position Overview
We are in search of a skilled HR Administrator to provide essential support to our HR Manager and contribute to the overall efficiency of our human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the HRIS database.
- Assist in the recruitment process by performing various administrative duties.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage benefits administration.
- Track employee attendance and process time-off requests.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Work in conjunction with the payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare reports and address payroll-related inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR administration.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of employment laws is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
