Job Title: Senior Manager Solutions Readiness

As a Senior Manager Solutions Readiness, you'll play a critical role in driving the development and execution of programs that empower our technical sales pros and advance our broader field teams in the art & science of solutions selling.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a critical team in building best & next practices within technical enablement, testing & learning, and establishing common cadences to meet the advanced needs of our sellers.
  • Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Atlassian technologies, products, solutions, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to lead the team effectively.
  • Drive cross-functional engagement by collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute enablement strategies, ensuring alignment and successful implementation of scalable programs.
  • Project manage multiple projects and anticipate potential challenges, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Sales Onboarding and Ongoing Readiness teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive enablement initiatives.
  • Establish benchmarks, track performance, and report on success metrics, using insights to continually refine and enhance enablement programs.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
  • Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or sales training role within the technology space.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Atlassian solutions and market trends, with hands-on experience in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, and more.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage cross-functional projects and relationships at all organizational levels without direct authority.
  • Build and manage enablement programs from business case creation to execution, including roadmaps and communication plans.
