Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to join our team at Nuvance Health. As a CT Scan Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic testing and operating CT Scan equipment to expedite an immediate diagnosis and deliver the best possible care to all patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients at the reception desk and provide them with necessary information and forms.
  • Answer patient questions and provide reassurance as needed.
  • Inject patients with contrast agents as indicated and program information into the computer.
  • Perform daily quality assurance checks to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Fulfill all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in a related field.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent.
  • ARRT certification.
Working Conditions
  • Significant manual skills and motor coordination required.
  • Occupational risk is present.
  • Medium to heavy effort required, with the ability to exert up to 35 pounds of force.
  • Some exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and human waste.
