Front Desk Team Lead

Puget Sound Pain Alliance seeks a highly skilled Patient Services Manager to lead our front desk team and deliver exceptional patient experiences.
This key role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring seamless patient interactions.
The estimated salary for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective processes to streamline patient workflows.
- Lead and mentor a team of receptionists to achieve excellent patient satisfaction.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient intake, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize office efficiency and patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is beneficial.
- At least 3 years of experience in medical reception or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medical office software and EHR systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation for travel between clinics.
