Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse RN to join our team at Hennepin County Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Protect and promote the health and well-being of our patients

• Assess and triage patients to determine the severity of their symptoms and refer them to the appropriate level of care

• Alleviate suffering through the treatment of the human response

• Partner with patients, their families, and significant others to provide comprehensive care

• Document interventions and develop individualized plans of care

• Educate patients on their disease processes and promote preventative care

• Ensure continuity of care and provide education to patients and families on health and wellness
