The Workforce Development Program Administrative Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the mission, vision, and values of Memorial Healthcare Systems (MHS) through administrative support and oversight of department programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Complio, a student database, including approval processes, compliance reviews, and associated activities.
- Facilitate and maintain affiliation agreements, including legal approvals, certificates of insurance, MOUs, and renewals.
- Oversee scholarship financial tracking and maintenance of the program.
- Provide oversight on grant funding and OJT program.
- Background in Healthcare or Education.
- 3+ years of Administrative Assistant Experience.
- Excel Experience.
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree.
