Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operational tasks to support the entire clinic, utilizing excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Interface with site facilities vendors to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Validate clinic therapist schedules for accuracy and prepare patient documentation in Cortica systems.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or Area Director.
  • Practice knowledge of HIPAA policies and guidelines while communicating client matters.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in an office setting, ideally in a healthcare organization.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly reliable and well-organized.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled at using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
