Job Overview

Berk Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial leadership and oversight to our pricing and costing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business unit operational analyses to drive improvements in productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze financial performance and coordinate with operations team to take appropriate actions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements.
  • Develop tools, systems, and reports to provide critical financial and operational information to the executive team.
  • Monthly calculation and analysis of various financial metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Partner with leadership team to analyze trends, costs, revenues, and profit.
  • Collaborate across multiple levels of Finance and organizational personnel.
  • Create presentations and ad-hoc analysis for senior management.
  • Train and educate non-finance (operations) team on key processes and corporate requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of progressive experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong ERP software experience, preferably Epicor P21.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, general ledger, cost accounting, budgets, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, Advanced Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP/Index Match, SUMIFS, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, and experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization (Power BI, etc.) and predictive modeling a plus.
  • An understanding of P&L and balance sheet dynamics.
