Position Summary

We are in search of a project manager with expertise in construction administration to oversee and drive projects, contributing significantly to our firm's ongoing success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, overseeing construction administration duties, collaborating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring the timely and budget-compliant completion of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage large-scale Planned Unit Developments (PUD) and architectural initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify project alignment with established plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues and conflicts as they emerge.
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Guide and mentor project teams, promoting a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate coordination and collaboration among clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and necessary approvals.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project or construction management within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors, particularly in large-scale developments.
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in Construction Management is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, and building regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Revit, Adobe Suite, Excel).
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude is essential.
