Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring that they align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee the preparation and issuance of technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our project delivery processes.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in architecture or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in project leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  • LEED credential required within 6 months of employment.
