About the Role

This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Hardscape Sales Professional at Perfect Pavers of South Florida LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with custom home builders, identifying new sales opportunities, and exceeding quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish new connections through networking events, client referrals, cold calling, and site visits
- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve or exceed targeted numbers of new commercial bids per month within a specified territory
- Conduct sales to residential clients, receive leads from the office, and independently close the sale
- Manage the sale from start to finish, including performing takeoffs, estimates, and proposals, and completing necessary documents on time

Requirements
- Proven skills and experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Construction industry experience and established connections in construction companies
- Contract reading and understanding experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam software for project management and documentation
- Minimum of three years of verifiable sales experience in the construction, paver, and/or hardscaping industry
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required)

Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
