Job Description

Sales Associate Role:

  • The Sales Associate drives the sales efforts of our community, collaborating with the Sales Director to design and execute the marketing plan.
  • This position entails reaching occupancy goals while adhering to Century Park standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative and Planning
  • Ensure leads database accuracy and currency.
  • Maintain an up-to-date waitlist.
  • Accurately track new residents' previous residences.
  • Conduct demographic analysis to identify high concentrations of prospective residents.
  • Assist in planning and developing the community's strategic marketing plan.
Sales and Marketing Focus
  • Increase overall resident census and achieve specific occupancy targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with referral sources.
  • Meet or exceed sales call, tour, and inquiry follow-up goals.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
