About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team as a Human Resources and Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong technical abilities.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization's operations, including human resources, facilities management, and IT services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • HR Administration:
    • Develop and maintain organizational policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate personnel files and records.
    • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Facilities Management:
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
    • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • IT Services:
    • Troubleshoot minor IT issues.
    • Coordinate with external vendors for technical support.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to staff members.
    • Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $86,000 per year, based on experience, plus a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
