Job Overview

Compensation: $17.00/hr

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email to fulfill their online order requirements effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and precise order processing, while collaborating with various departments to address inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers, including USPS and FedEx, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture business relationships with clients by providing timely and accurate assistance to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Support the E-Commerce team in managing order processing and returns.
  • Handle all financial systems with diligence.
  • Complete all administrative tasks related to E-Commerce accurately.
  • Occasionally work in a warehouse setting, adapting to temperature variations and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high performance and integrity.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic work atmosphere.
  • Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for assisting others.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Strong typing and computer skills.
  • Capable of maintaining detailed records across multiple platforms for easy access.
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Previous experience in retail is advantageous.
