About Us:
Hire Up Staffing Services is collaborating with a leading transportation company at DFW Airport to recruit Part-Time Airport Customer Service Representatives for a long-term engagement. This role is ideal for college students, stay-at-home parents, retirees, or anyone looking to contribute a few days a week while earning extra income.

Compensation: $16/HR

Work Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday; 2 p.m. - 12 a.m.

(Availability for 1-2 additional weekdays on Monday or Tuesday, as needed)

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome arriving customers at the airport and assist them with their transportation arrangements.
  • Efficiently retrieve and verify their reservations using an iPad.
  • Guide customers to the designated pick-up area for their transportation.
  • Engage with customers through friendly conversation to enhance their waiting experience.
Qualifications:
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities when required.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, paying attention to detail while remaining flexible.
  • Hold a VALID TX ID/DL and have reliable transportation.
  • Successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
