  • Delivers outstanding customer service through prompt and precise order processing, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments to resolve issues.

  • Collaborates directly with shipping carriers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develops and nurtures business relationships with clients by providing timely and accurate service to foster customer loyalty.
  • Assists the E-Commerce team in managing order processing and returns.
  • Handles all financial transactions with diligence.
  • Completes all administrative tasks related to E-Commerce accurately.
  • Occasionally works in a warehouse setting, adapting to temperature variations and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
