Job Summary:

Live Oak Environmental LLC is seeking an experienced CDL Driver to join our team. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for operating a vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, as well as all local, state, and federal requirements and Company expectations for the Fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements
  • Perform pre-and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles
  • Immediately report any unsafe situations or service calls to the Supervisor/Manager or Dispatch
  • Participate and cooperate in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings
  • Work closely with Supervisor/Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify problems or unsafe accounts
  • Perform all duties as scheduled by Supervisor/Manager or Dispatch
  • Notify Supervisor/Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage
  • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:

  • CDL license A or B
  • Over two years of route-based driving experience

We operate seven hauling locations across Northwest Louisiana and East Texas, serving 170,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
