**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Patient Services
    • Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and inviting smile, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
    • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Process patient payments, manage co-pays, and reconcile credit extended to patients.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and providing general information about our services.
    • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Respond to patient concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Assist with special projects, such as data analysis, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • One (1) year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
