What You'll Get to Do

As an Integration and Test Intern, you will work closely with our Space Systems Integration and Test Team to develop process improvements within Assembly, Integration and Test. You will learn about integration and test equipment and work with a fast-paced group of professionals to apply engineering and industry concepts to solve real challenges. You will also attend frequent 1:1's with mentors and supervisors to facilitate success and learning.

Requirements

We are looking for ideal candidates who thrive in ambiguity and are excited to work in small, high-performing teams that are focused on continued learning and growth. You must be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree program in an engineering, physics or math discipline and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship. You must also have a GPA of 3.0 or above and 3+ months of applied engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with a GPA of 3.5 or above and 6+ months of applied engineering experience. Experience with spacecraft design, hands-on hardware or test equipment experience, and a strong understanding of integration and test principles are also highly desirable.

Additional Requirements

You must be able to work full-time, on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning January, February, or March 2025. You must also be a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
