Position Title: JAMF Systems Analyst

Work Arrangement: Primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements.

Overview:

The JAMF Systems Analyst plays a critical role in the management and enhancement of mobile device solutions within the organization. Reporting to the Unified Communications Manager, this position is responsible for the implementation, development, and integration of JAMF (MDM), Healthcare Listener, and shared clinical devices for iOS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of all shared devices utilized by clinicians and patients.
  • Manage daily updates, patches, and system upgrades in accordance with established policies.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery & Quality Team to support various ISS unified communication systems and projects.
  • Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials as necessary.
  • Act as the liaison with vendor resources to facilitate project execution.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address project challenges related to application builds.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare IT environment.
  • In-depth understanding of best practices concerning workflows, policies, and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous leadership experience with effective management skills.
  • Prior experience in MDM application management is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Project management experience, including planning, leading meetings, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in analyzing and designing system workflows and business processes.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for active listening and rapport building.
  • Capable of identifying and resolving issues, maintaining a comprehensive issues log.
  • Adept at researching, organizing, and synthesizing data for informed decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Experience: 3-5 years of HealthCare IT experience required.
