Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Marine Sediment Specialist (Scientist or Engineer) to join our Southern California team. This role is essential for supporting various national and regional projects, with a preference for candidates based in our Southern California offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and oversee project assignments.
- Design and implement field investigations and sediment evaluations.
- Analyze data from field and laboratory sources and compile comprehensive reports.
- Develop sediment management strategies and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare cost proposals and qualifications statements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Toxicology, or a related field for Scientist role; Bachelor's Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering for Engineer role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in California or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire for Engineering role.
- 5-10 years of relevant environmental consulting experience.
- Strong analytical skills in environmental data interpretation, particularly in water and sediment quality.

Salary Information:
The base salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $135,000, commensurate with experience, education, and professional registration.

Physical Requirements:
This role primarily involves office work, but occasional site visits may be necessary, requiring navigation of unpaved or natural terrains.
