Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead our Skyline community in Yakima, WA. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support property staff to ensure excellent customer service and community maintenance
  • Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking of community expenses and revenue

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufactured housing or property management
  • Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to make prompt decisions under pressure and work independently
  • Must be able to live on-site
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar property management software
  • Knowledge of manufactured housing industry trends and best practices
