Position Overview
The Environmental Services Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring cleanliness and hygiene within the healthcare environment. This position is essential for maintaining both patient and non-patient care areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain floors and carpets, ensuring they are free from debris.
- Dispose of waste and linen responsibly.
- Clean and sanitize surface areas, including public waiting areas and building entrances.
- Provide assistance in cleaning office spaces and waiting areas as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service by effectively communicating with patients and visitors, relaying their needs to the appropriate staff members.
- Foster positive relationships with all team members.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare or industrial setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and write in English is required.
