We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting our General Manager in generating new membership sales and retaining current members.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and close.
- Book and confirm introductory sessions for new members.
- Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects.
- Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and targeting individual needs and wants.
- Maintain a high level of personal sales production.
- Emphasize and enforce the objectives of our studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
- Present available services to current or prospective members.
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas and follow up with leads and missed introductory classes.
- Participate in special events to promote our studio.
- Ensure the studio is clean and tidy.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail.
- Ability to learn and use our ClubReady software system.
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
- Competitive compensation based on experience ($14.00 base + commission).
