Job Title: VDOT IT Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Lorven Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leadership and business partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues and requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT customer relationship management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Desired Skills:
  • BRMP Certification
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
