Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial relationships with medium to large-sized businesses, with a focus on companies with revenues between $10 - $60 million.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead lists, Centers of Influence (COI), and other sources.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, credit packages, and other financial documents to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage loan portfolios to ensure compliance with credit policy, procedure, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure the bank's commercial lending activities are compliant and competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, or equivalent banking experience.
- Minimum 5-8 years of commercial banking experience, with a proven track record of generating deposit and fee income.
- Strong credit skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial statements and credit applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work well in a sales-driven environment, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
