Role Overview:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Vision Products to enhance business performance in designated regions. This position focuses on cultivating robust relationships with Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs) to advocate for Bausch + Lomb's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and essential performance indicators
- Interact with clients through various channels including online, telephone, and face-to-face meetings
- Develop strategic call plans and territory management approaches
- Oversee tailored business strategies for specific accounts
- Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge
- Leverage CRM tools effectively
- Participate in sales conferences and industry exhibitions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience
- Self-motivated individual with a constructive mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside within a 60-mile radius of the designated territory

Compensation: Starting annual base salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000.
