Role Overview:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Vision Products to enhance business performance in designated regions. This position focuses on cultivating robust relationships with Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs) to advocate for Bausch + Lomb's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and essential performance indicators
  • Interact with clients through various channels including online, telephone, and face-to-face meetings
  • Develop strategic call plans and territory management approaches
  • Oversee tailored business strategies for specific accounts
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge
  • Leverage CRM tools effectively
  • Participate in sales conferences and industry exhibitions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience
  • Self-motivated individual with a constructive mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must reside within a 60-mile radius of the designated territory

Compensation: Starting annual base salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000.
