Join Our Team as a General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Ensorcell business, a new venture within Re:Build Manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan to establish Ensorcell's presence in target markets, drive profitable sales, and lead the team to achieve operational and financial objectives.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement a business plan to establish Ensorcell's presence in target markets
  • Drive profitable sales and lead the team to achieve operational and financial objectives
  • Use industry knowledge, contextual research, and direct input from customers to drive product requirements, commercial insights, and marketing plans
  • Lead all aspects of ongoing research projects in the technology sector at Fikst, coordinating efforts based on market trends and our expertise in innovative technical solutions
  • Evaluate total addressable markets and target markets; Explore, develop, and manage potential partner relationships
  • Set and track achievements, breakthroughs, and critical path monitoring and management for product launches and ongoing operations
About Us

Re:Build Manufacturing is a growing product design and engineering consulting firm located in Woburn, MA. We work with pioneering clients to develop their technology, design their products, and bring those products to production. Our areas of expertise include biomedical instruments and consumables, microfluidics, specialty plastic design, optics, industrial automation, and design for manufacturing.

We have extensive in-house laboratory and rapid prototyping capability, including CNCs, 3D printers, and laser cutters, which helps facilitate our ability to prototype and innovate fast. Our strategy is to employ technology, systems, deep financial resources, and best management practices to compete and win as manufacturers in the global market.
