Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MSA The Child & Adolescent Center. As a Treatment Coordinator in our Intensive Outpatient Program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate therapy groups, individual sessions, and family meetings for the intensive outpatient program
  • Manage a caseload of up to 10 program participants (ages 8-18) to create treatment and discharge plans
  • Coordinate support with school counselors and outpatient providers
  • Provide outpatient therapy services in the outpatient services department
  • Attend team meetings daily to collaborate with other therapists, the Clinical Director, and program psychiatrist
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have either pending or their LGPAT/LCPAT or LGPC/LGMSW. We offer ample free supervision to work towards ATR-BC and LCPAT/LCPC licensure.
