Job Overview:

The PFAS Treatment Project Leader role offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to engage in a seller-doer capacity, concentrating on adherence to emerging per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) regulations. This position entails spearheading initiatives related to PFAS remediation and elimination technologies across diverse applications. Key duties include collaborating with internal teams, managing client relationships, and actively contributing to new business development efforts.

Core Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

- Recognize and prioritize client interests and objectives
- Formulate inventive solutions to meet client aspirations
- Lead business development initiatives and client engagements
- Participate in and present at industry conferences
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and cost estimates

Project Management:

- Provide expert guidance on PFAS regulatory compliance
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently
- Ensure project delivery aligns with budgetary and scheduling constraints
- Mentor and support junior engineering staff
- Facilitate coordination between internal and external stakeholders

Leadership Responsibilities:

Serve as a lead contributor without direct supervisory duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in water treatment processes
- Proven leadership capabilities in consulting and project management
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience

Certifications:

Professional registration or licensure may be necessary based on the specific role.
