We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Clinic Manager to join our team at Good Shepherd Medical Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Occupational Health Clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee the management of clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ambulatory practice administration, with a progressive increase in responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles, including budgeting, personnel management, and quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
This is a department head equivalent level position, requiring a high level of autonomy and decision-making authority. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
