Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee the management of clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
  • Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ambulatory practice administration, with a progressive increase in responsibility.
